Miss Violet who helped me with the process was outstanding even though I sent the old COI sample and she had to remake one but she did it in timely fashion. Super on point and professional. THE BEST. Jerry the plumber was the nicest guy who went out of his way to go out and got the new faucet and came back and replaced it. I am super thankful and grateful. All same day service. OUTSTANDING.

Aladdin has been my plumber since I bought my first apartment in Brooklyn in 1999. Super responsive, professional and really really nice! Here is a photo of my cat supervising Jerry’s work on my sink!

The first team who came to the house did not know how to trouble shoot the problem. The gentleman who came here were nice and tried to solve the problem but they seemed not experienced to address a system that Alladin installed. ——- Luckily, on short notice Mike was able to come on Wednesday 2/4 and he was excellent. He expertly addressed our issues and was thorough in his work. Mike with Randy built our system which has given us no problem for 15 years until this cold snap. Great work - we’ll call again

Larry and De'Vani were amazing and fixed my problem in no time, after other people tried and couldn't. Violet in the office was Great at communicating as well and let me know when they would come and communicated without me throughout the day when I was waiting for them. I would recommend this company! Their prices felt fair and comparable compared to other people that I called.

When our boiler stopped working on a 15F weekend, the Aladdin team responded to our call on a Sunday and, when they did not have a plumber available to come to our house that day, still took about an hour with us on the phone to walk us through a temporary fix so we could safely get through the weekend. They were back in touch with us immediately on Monday morning and came out to the building quickly - and fixed the problem! The team took extra care to communicate with us to understand the problem, to let us know when Mike would be arriving, and to follow up with us to make sure the problem was fully solved. We highly recommend Aladdin!

After 6 years and numerous attempts to solve the drainage problem in my kitchen sink, including plumbers from different companies, snaking and power-washing etc etc for a small fortune, the plumbers at Aladdin solved the issue on their first visit. I was prepared for the wall to be opened, the main to be investigated, for all kinds of chaos and expense, but the solution ended up being a simple fix that everyone had missed. Thank you so much for the professionalism, excellent communication, honesty and good work. Highly highly recommend!

Mike gave us frequent updates letting us know he would get to us as soon as he could. He got our heat back on and will schedule a return visit to service the furnace. Excellent service and such a nice guy.

We were very happy with our experience! David was knowledgeable and efficient (he very quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested next steps for resolving it) and was also a nice, considerate person to interact with, which we appreciate! Violet made scheduling a service appointment easy -- she was polite and responsive and worked around our changing schedules. We will definitely be working with this group moving forward!

Mike is the best HVAC technician in New York City mike is very knowledgeable, no guessing, diagnosed problems with ease, for 33 years he has been maintaining my heating/cooling system. Call Aladdin make an appointment, ask for Mike.
